Refunds & Returns.

We offer a generous Returns policy, giving you up to a month in certain situations to cancel your order! Full details below. Otherwise the statutory 14 day return limit is in place. If you want to return an item please email us on support@thetradingcardnation.co.uk

If the item is undamaged, completely unopened and unused in the original wrapping exactly as received, then you may return the item as unwanted for up to one month from the date you receive it! You will be responsible for postage costs and ensuring the item reaches us in the same condition received. Please note that if the item returned does not satisfy these requirements, we will not accept it.

This policy will NOT apply to trading card products including single cards and any other non-sealed products, the normal 14 days statutory returns period will apply here instead. This is due to the volatility of trading card game product market prices. Refunds will be processed as soon as possible and not later than 30 days after confirming receipt of the items.

Damaged or Faulty Goods

If you have received a faulty or damaged item you must inform us within 30 days of receiving the order. We will then offer a suitable resolution at no cost to yourself. We do reserve the right to refuse complaints, or levy suitable charges for issues raised after this period.

Other Returns

In the unlikely event that your item arrives damaged or we made a mistake on your order or your item has suffered a manufacturing fault, then please contact us at support@thetradingcardnation.co.uk. Most manufacturing faults can be quickly resolved via an email to the manufacturer. If you wish to return an item in these circumstances we will cover the postage costs for your return up to standard shipping.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Pre-order cancellations

You may cancel a pre-order for a full refund up until the order has shipped, which is usually one day before the official release date.

Quality Guarantee

The Trading Card Nation provides quality products. All products we sell are guaranteed to be genuine and authentic. All products will be in mint condition unless otherwise stated.

European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
